Founder
Leslie Goldstone
Founder & Principal Coach of Advice with Purpose
Leslie Goldstone has been an IT professional for over 25 years, building strong relationships and guiding high-performing global teams to meet strategic priorities and improve processes. She earned the PMP® in 2009, Six Sigma Green Belt in 2019, and PgMP® in 2022.
Starting as a developer, Leslie quickly moved into leading projects. Her hands-on background enables her to coach technical teams while managing complex programs and projects across IT, finance, HR, procurement, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, legal, regulatory, and clinical—partnering with stakeholders from the C-Suite to individual contributors.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Leslie is passionate about tutoring and coaching aspiring and practicing Project Managers. She has mentored through PMI Chicagoland, Year Up Chicago, and MentorHER, and launched mentoring programs within her organizations. Her approach blends real-world insight with personalized guidance—helping learners pass certifications and apply project management principles effectively in their careers.
